William is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London.

Gianmauro has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and private equity across Europe, Middle East and North Africa. He has successfully led investments and managed portfolio companies across various industries, including Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Education and Real Estate.
Gianmauro’s expertise covers the entire Private Equity transaction cycle, including target screening, M&A transaction, post-acquisition value creation initiatives, and portfolio management.
Gianmauro earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bocconi University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Elias leads our debt advisory practice. He comes with over 20 years of experience spanning across Treasury, M&A, PE, corporate finance, portfolio management, and financial management and analysis. He has held several senior and executive finance roles in various industries such as FMCG, retail, real estate, hospitality and leisure, and business services. Specialized in debt raising and structuring, financial strategy and private placements, he is known for delivering client tailored solutions that drive sustainable growth and align with long-term corporate and shareholder objectives. Elias had started his career off at Deloitte, graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor in Business Administration, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Burhan is an investment profession with over 15 years of experience in investment management across a wide range of sectors. His core expertise is building financial models and valuations, preparing investor Presentations/Memo, and conducting fundamental analysis on companies across sectors. Additionally, he has a keen interest on working with C-level executives of Corporates/Family Offices in analyzing key improvement areas and finding the right solutions backed by in-depth research that enables in making informed decisions.

Burhan has professional experience of working in Middle East, US, India and SE Asia. He is fluent in English, Hindi, & Gujarati, while conversational in Arabic.

Burhan holds a Bachelors’ degree in Commerce Pune University, India and an MBA in Finance from HPU, USA.

And had been associated in public relations that runs full range of communications and consultancy services to prestigious public and private sector clients regionally and internationally.

Completed the degree on Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from one of the high rank state university in Manila, Philippines.
